Friday, December 18th, 2015: Brookstone School’s
annual Christmas program.

There will be a choral show performed by many of the students, and is quite uplifting. After the program, those in attendance are placed with a student for lunch.  An excellent one-on-one to meet these special inner city kids, to get to know them, and also see what a difference Brookstone is making in their lives.

Program starts around 11AM at First Baptist Church in uptown…off of Davidson Street.  For those interested please arrive around 10:30AM.  If you decide to experience the entire program, it lasts until 1PM.  If you are pressed for time, you can opt out of the lunch with a child and be out around noon. If you are interested in going, please contact Bill Nuttall at:  nuttallchemicals@gmail.com, or (704) 756-9070.  Bill will need to have a head count of who is going by Tuesday, December 15th. Thank you so much!

“Happy” News:

Congratulations Leigh Jenkins for arranging the outreach opportunity!

Our very own Ruth Samuelson was appointed to the Golden Leaf Foundation Board and attended her first board meeting this past week.

Remember: If you have any “happy” news you’d like to share feel free to email me and I will publish it in the weekly bulletins!

During this giving season, remember to give to the Rotary Foundation. This is a great opportunity to get the biggest bang for your buck while helping folks who are truly in need.
