Meet Your Fellow Rotarian – Gregg Walker

Gregg is a native of Charlotte and has been a Rotarian since 2003. He was in the Rotary Club of Charlotte (uptown) for 10 years before joining our club in Jan. 2014. He hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro with our fellow Charlotte South Rotarian, Waysoon Lee, in Sept. 2013
to raise money for End Polio Now.

Gregg has been married to Ann for 27 years. They
have three boys – Nathan (22) and fraternal twin sons,
Joshua & Eli (18), who just graduated from high school
and are headed off to college.

In addition to his day job at Integra Employer Health,
Gregg is in seminary at Union Presbyterian Seminary
to pursue his Masters in Divinity. He believes he is
being called to the chaplaincy or as a minister of
pastoral care.

Gregg enjoys tennis, golf, hiking, music/singing,
reading and walking the dogs to name a few.

Something you might not know about Gregg. He was
on the ABC soap opera, “All My Children.” His college
a cappella singing group, The Williams College Octet,
sang Christmas carols on the Christmas Day show of
All My Children in 1981. The show recorded the group
at Williams College, and then the group went to New
York City later and lip synched to their own voices for
the taping of the show.

We want to get to know you! Please send your bio
